An HGCS certification records a founder visit: the date, and the pathways Human Garage saw in person. No instrument readings were taken on these visits.

A room visit is different from an instrument reading. A measurement needs a result, a unit, a location, a date and a method. Without those five you cannot tell what it covers.

We read against the Building Biology testing methods. Where a reading or a scope is missing, we say so. A visit cannot fill that gap.

Four of the certified stays paid nothing for the visit. It was given free, in exchange for filming and content collaboration. Human Garage may earn a 15% referral commission on bookings it refers.

Neither buys a score, a position, or the removal of anything.

The proof is the changelog. Scores on this site have gone down in public, including for properties we work with. The number follows the evidence, never the relationship.

The free first step is claiming your listing and answering its open questions with evidence: specifications, supplier names, test results. We cite them with the date and the source, exactly as we do everything else.

The deeper step is an on-site assessment, with a defined scope and findings a traveller can read. Observations and instrument measurements are recorded separately.
