A private house on a white sand cove inside the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, ten kilometres of dirt road south of Tulum, with the Caribbean in front and the lagoon behind. Four rooms and suites in the house, seven bell tents on the beach, and a living space of more than 360 square metres that opens straight onto the sand. It is let whole for families, weddings and retreats, and by the room for the programmes it hosts.
