Three private villas on the hills above Gouvia Marina, a few kilometres north of Corfu Town: Naldera and Elektra at Kommeno, Alpha in Gouvia village. Six, six and four bedrooms, each let whole by the week with housekeeping, breakfast made and a concierge, and a chef if you want one. Naldera was built by Lady Alexandra Metcalfe, daughter of Lord Curzon. They are family holiday houses of the well-kept kind, and the site says so plainly. What it also says, on every villa page, is the one thing most villas never mention.

Water
Drinking water throughout each villa is reverse osmosis with mineral supplementation and disinfection. That is a named treatment train at every tap rather than a bottle on the counter, and it is why the water row reaches Specified. The pools are UV sanitised, Alpha's heated in April and October. What is not published is a test panel for the water that comes out of the tap, or whether the pools carry chlorine alongside the UV. Either would move the row.
Air, materials, and the rest
Cooling and heating is a VRV system throughout, which is a named piece of plant and not a statement about filtration or fresh air, so it sits at Claimed. Every villa has an indoor fireplace, recorded as a combustion source. Linen and towels are washed in-house, with nothing named. Elektra's living room opens through wall-to-wall glass to the pool and the sea, and every villa is gated inside its own garden among cypress and olive. Lighting, wireless, food and sound are not published as subjects at all: Wi-Fi reaches every room and pool terrace, televisions hang in every bedroom, and that is the extent of it, so four rows score nothing.
The houses
Alpha has a spa level with a steam room, sauna, treatment room and gym, and its own floodlit tennis court. Naldera has a steam room for six and gym equipment by the pool. Elektra has a jacuzzi and the best view of the three. Baby cots and high chairs on request. Certified Spaces has assessed this property in person; the date, the scope and which villa are still to be recorded here.

The marker sheet
Eight building-biology pathways, each graded by the strength of its evidence. How grading works
- 0Nothing publishedNot publishedWe looked. They have published nothing about this.
- 1Their word for itClaimedThey say so, and name nothing behind it.
- 2Named and specificSpecifiedThey name the actual system, product, supplier or standard.
- 3Tested or verifiedMeasuredA published test result, a laboratory report, or an independent check: a certification body, or our own assessor on site.
Each of the 8 pathways scores 0 to 3, so 24 is the most any property can reach. Out of 24, because 8 of 8 pathways have been assessed. Unassessed pathways leave the denominator rather than counting as zero.

What is not published
Certified Spaces has assessed this property on site and it holds founding certification as part of the filmed cohort. The date and scope of that site assessment are not on file with this record, so no site-assessment evidence appears here yet, and every row below is what the property publishes. Which of the three villas was assessed is not on file either. Nothing is published with a reading on any pathway. The drinking water train is named at every tap and no panel is published for it. Cooling and heating is a named refrigerant system with no filter grade or fresh air provision, and every villa has an indoor fireplace. Nothing is published on room lighting. Wi-Fi covers every villa and pool area with televisions in every bedroom, and nothing is published on placement or a night cut-off, so the electromagnetic row scores nothing. No fibre, mattress, toiletry or detergent is named. Nothing is published on food beyond a chef and grocery pre-stocking at extra cost, and nothing at all on sound, so those rows also score nothing.
Regional context
Public data about the surrounding area. None of it contributes to the score, because a property cannot be marked down for the conditions outside it.
- Ambient PM2.5 and PM10 near Kommeno, Corfu, Greece: Modelled ambient air over this location averaged 13.3 micrograms per cubic metre of PM2.5 and 22.1 of PM10 across the 720 hours to 2026-09-05, peaking at 25.1 PM2.5. Not published is not unsafehow to read these scores, and what this index does not promise
A low score means a property has not published information. It does not mean the property is unsafe, unhealthy or poorly run.
These scores measure disclosure. These scores describe disclosure, not property quality. This index has no commercial relationship with the properties listed unless a badge on the listing says otherwise.
Conditions change, and we will not always know. Every record is a snapshot of what a property had published when we read it, and that date is on the page. Conditions change: a property can refit, change suppliers or replace a system at any time, and nothing requires it to tell us. We re-read records and ask properties directly for updates, but there will always be a gap between what is true today and what was published when we looked. Use this as a frame of reference for what to ask, not as a substitute for asking. Take your own questions to the property before you book, and tell us if you find something we have wrong.
We report what properties publish. We do not inspect, certify or vouch for any property on this index unless a listing says we assessed it on site, and we accept no responsibility for decisions made or outcomes experienced on the basis of what you read here.
Right of reply. Anyone can correct this record at corrections@verifiedwellnessspaces.com. The property scored here answers at reply@verifiedwellnessspaces.com. Every change is logged on the changelog with the date and the reason, including when the change is ours.
Questions travelers askwater, air, EMF, and whether it is worth it
Questions travelers ask about Helion Villas
Does Helion Villas publish water quality testing?
Yes, and they name what they use: an actual system, supplier or standard is on the record, though no test result is published. Scored 2 of 3.
What is the air quality like in the rooms?
We can only report what is published about the rooms themselves. Only their word for it. They say so and name nothing behind it, so it scores 1 of 3.
Is Helion Villas low-EMF?
No measurement is published. Only 16 of the 112 properties we have researched publish any bedroom EMF information at all, so this is the industry norm, not an outlier.
Is Helion Villas worth it?
We score evidence, not experience. On evidence, it ranks 99 of 112 researched records. The strongest documented pathways are Water Integrity and Air Ecology; nothing is published on Light Rhythm or EMF Harmony.
