The data feed
Every claim we publish, in one file.
Verified Wellness Spaces is a travel listing platform, not a certification body. We find places to stay and show what each one publishes about air, water, light, EMF, materials, food, nature and sound, with the source for every claim. This page is the machine-readable version of that: 127 published properties and 1,979 rows, one row per claim, each carrying its source, the date we read it and how much weight it can hold.
2 of those 127 records have no claim row yet, because nobody has read a single pathway on them. That is an admission about us, not a finding about them, and the properties file names which they are.

The files
- /data/claims.jsonEvery claim, one row each, 1,979 rows. This is the file to read if you are checking a single sentence.
- /data/claims.csvThe same rows for a spreadsheet. Every cell is quoted, empty means the record holds nothing there.
- /data/properties.jsonOne row per property, 127 rows. Join it on
slug. It carries the one thing the claims file cannot: which pathways nobody has read yet. - /data/index.jsonThe version, the generated date, the licence and every field definition on this page, machine-readable. Start here if you are a program.
- /changelog.xmlRSS. Every score change, scope change and record removal, as it happens. The same rows as the corrections log.
How often it updates
The site is rebuilt from the records every time a record changes, and these files are generated in that same build. There is no separate export step and no cache in front of them, so a file here can never be older than the page beside it. The generated date at the top of each file is the date of that build.
There is no schedule. A record changes when we re-read it, when a property sends us something, or when a correction comes in, and the feed changes with it. If you need to know when something moved, subscribe to the RSS feed rather than polling these files.
The evidence tiers
The tier column says how a claim was established. Strongest first. A claim quoted without its tier overstates this index, so please carry both.
- Certified certifiedA measurement or a third-party verification published about this building: a test result, a laboratory report, or a check by a body that is not the property. The strongest rung a published claim can reach.
- Seen in person seen-in-personOne of our assessors was there and recorded it. The row names the assessor and the date. A visit is printed on the record and never counted toward a score, because a visit is the one thing a property can only get by paying us.
- Confirmed with the property confirmed-with-propertyThe property told us, in writing or on a call, and we recorded it as their statement. A company’s own account of itself is not verification, however detailed.
- Specified specifiedA named system, product, supplier, grade, method or standard is published, with no measurement beside it. Named means a reader can go and check it.
- Claimed claimedSomething relevant is on the public record with no specification, number, brand or third party behind it. A reader cannot check it.
- Not published not-publishedWe read this pathway for this property and found nothing published about it. This is a finding about the public record, not a statement about the property, and it is not a failing grade.
A pathway nobody has read yet produces no row at all. It is listed under pathwaysNotAssessed in the properties file. We looked and found nothing is a finding about the public record. We did not look is an admission about us. They are different statements and this feed never merges them.
Mould and damp
Mould and damp is a named subject in its own right. It sits under the air pathway in the framework, and it is carried on its own column so it can be filtered and counted rather than buried inside a general air row. 24 of the 1,979 rows in this feed carry it.
- Mould and damp mould-and-dampDamp, humidity control, dehumidification, condensation, water ingress, visible mould or mildew, and inspection, testing or remediation for any of them. Sits under the air pathway and is counted in its own right.
Be careful with this column, and here is exactly why. subject is derived from the words of the claim by a published pattern, not recorded on any record and not assigned by a person. The pattern is \b(mould|mold|mildew|damp(?:ness|proof\w*)?|humidit\w+|dehumidif\w+|condensation|water ingress|rising damp|relative humidity)\b, it is in index.json too, and you can reproduce every tag in the feed from it. Where no term is present the subject is the pathway slug. Use it to filter and to count. Do not cite it as evidence, and do not read a zero as a statement about a building: it means nothing that property published used any of those words.
Regional and climate context is never a property claim and appears in no row here. A humid region is a fact about a place, not about a building, and a property cannot be marked down for the weather outside it. Where we hold that context it is recorded separately on the record, in its own panel, with its own source.

Nothing here is invented. Where a record holds nothing, the field is an explicit null in JSON and an empty cell in CSV. There is no default and no inference. Two things never appear at all: our internal commercial notes, and the contact addresses properties published for their guests rather than for republication.

Every record is a snapshot of what a property had published when we read it, and that date is on the page. Conditions change: a property can refit, change suppliers or replace a system at any time, and nothing requires it to tell us. We re-read records and ask properties directly for updates, but there will always be a gap between what is true today and what was published when we looked. Use this as a frame of reference for what to ask, not as a substitute for asking. Take your own questions to the property before you book, and tell us if you find something we have wrong.

Write to corrections@verifiedwellnessspaces.com. If you are the property, the right of reply is reply@verifiedwellnessspaces.com. Corrections are made and logged, including when they are ours, and they appear in the RSS feed the same day. The inclusion and review rules say who qualifies for a record, how one is built and what would get one removed. How we check sets out the standard itself.
