Each of the four villa types is published with its own plunge pool, and three of them with an outdoor bathtub or jacuzzi. The estate grows food: the property publishes a greenhouse, vegetable patches, paddy fields, coconut trees and spice and tea gardens supplying its kitchens, and a biodynamic farming programme developed by consultants. Its facilities page lists a yoga pavilion, a bathhouse and a sauna. All eight pathways have been reviewed, and three of them, Air Ecology, EMF Harmony and Sound and Sensory Ecology, came back with nothing published.
The Sol Sanctuary villa is published with vaulted ceilings and oculi, circular skylights described as capturing sunlight and moonlight, and that is the whole of what is published on light: no colour temperature, flicker or blackout detail for any villa. An entry by the architects NR Associates on Archello, recorded here as unverified, describes a domed stone structure aligned with celestial paths and lists locally sourced stone cladding, natural wood flooring, custom hardwood doors, panoramic glass and bespoke timber furniture. None of it is named to a product, grade or emission certification. The Nature Pavilion, built from locally sourced treated bamboo, mud bricks and lime-free renders, is a research and interpretive building rather than guest accommodation.
