Around ninety three suites above Lake Garda at Gargnano, inside the Parco Alto Garda Bresciano, a Special Protection Area of the Natura 2000 network. The buildings take their reference from the limonaie, the stone and timber lemon houses of the Alto Garda, and the architect Hugo Demetz was briefed to keep them low against the slope. Water is micro-filtered on site and served in reusable glass in every suite. The saline pool, La Luna nel Lago, runs at ten per cent salinity at body temperature, filtered through recycled glass. The olive oil is from Lefay's own farms, certified organic by CCPB.

Filtration systems are essential for maintaining optimal water characteristics and reduce the volume of backwashing water of the swimming pool. Initially equipped with sand filters, they are now equipped with recycled glass filters, saving both water and energy.
