Helion Villas is owned and run by Aliki Vatidi, whose grandfather built the first resort hotel in Corfu in the 1960s. She is the owner on camera in the Human Garage film.

Most owners tell you what a request would cost. This one did it, then said so on camera.

At 02:10 in the visit film, asked about the water:

Yes, it wasn't something that other people have requested in the past but it was something that was beneficial for you and for us at the end of the day because we improved the water in our villas.

No treatment is named on the film, so that line sits at Claimed. What the villa pages publish separately does more work: drinking water throughout each villa is reverse osmosis with mineral supplementation and disinfection. That is a named treatment train at every tap rather than a bottle on the counter, and it is why the water row reaches Specified. No test panel is published for what comes out of that tap.

What was built here

Three houses on the hills a few kilometres north of Corfu Town. Naldera and Elektra at Kommeno, Alpha in Gouvia village, with six, six and four bedrooms, each let whole by the week with housekeeping, breakfast and a concierge. Naldera was built by Lady Alexandra Metcalfe, daughter of Lord Curzon. They are family holiday houses of the well-kept kind, and the site says so plainly.

What the owner said about the night

A bedside night light instead of the ceiling is a small decision made by someone who has thought about waking at three in the morning. It takes the light row to Specified on her word. The soundproof windows, described at 02:43 with no rating given, stay at Claimed.

What the visit found

Jordan Lineham visited for Human Garage, filmed on 3 July 2025. Seen on site: the visiting group's meals cooked to its own stated requirements and at the times it asked for, and a villa's lower wellness level with a steam room and sauna in use. Which of the three villas that was is not on file, and nor is the scope of the visit.

The wireless environment was the thinnest area. The film records nothing on it, so that row scores nothing. Every villa has an indoor fireplace, recorded as a combustion source.
