You know this building better than any page we can read. Every record here describes what is publicly available, and public information changes. If something here is out of date or wrong, tell us. We correct it and log the change. If your property is not in the index at all, ask us to read it.
How a claim works
Choose your listing below and read what we currently hold.
Answer the open questions for the pathways where little or nothing is published. Each one asks for a specification, a brand, a number or a document. Those are what a record can cite.
We read it, check what can be checked, and update the record. Anything you send is cited to you, so a reader can see where it came from.
What we will and will not label it
Anything you send is recorded as property supplied and cited to you. Verified means you submitted evidence and a human reviewer confirmed it. Certified means a recognised health standard is recorded as awarded: the property holds WELL, Fitwel or Building Biology SBM, or Human Garage certifies it as an HGCS Certified space. Nothing you send is labelled Certified.
Every correction is logged on the changelog with the date and the reason, including when the change is ours. Records change there in both directions.

Not in the index yet
Ask us to read it.
There is no fee and no application to win. We read what a property publishes and we score that. A property enters at whatever its published evidence carries, including badly. The fastest way up is to publish the specification, not to send us a better description of it.
Six fields. We read what a property publishes, so this step only has to tell us which property and how to reach you. The detail comes after, one pathway at a time, and you can stop whenever you like.
After you apply, this opens into one section per pathway: what we would need, a field for your answer and a field for a link. You can do one section and come back, and nothing publishes until a person here applies it by hand.
Compare what each stay offers, how it was checked and what still needs confirming. Assessment labels describe the review, not an overall quality rating.
