What we will and will not label it

Anything you send is recorded as property supplied and cited to you. Verified means you submitted evidence and a human reviewer confirmed it. Certified means a recognised health standard is recorded as awarded: the property holds WELL, Fitwel or Building Biology SBM, or Human Garage certifies it as an HGCS Certified space. Nothing you send is labelled Certified.

Every correction is logged on the changelog with the date and the reason, including when the change is ours. Records change there in both directions.

We help properties build self-guided retreats with a wellness creator or brand, such as Human Garage or another agreed partner. Shape the daily rituals, recorded practices, in-room kit and guest itinerary around the property and the partner's approach.

We also help make the offer clear: what guests get, what is optional, how to book and what they can take home. A completed retreat can be submitted for discovery on Verified Wellness Spaces and in the app, with the package details and sources alongside it.
